Vitablom Nigeria Ltd. is Nigeria’s leading manufacturer of hollow siliconized fibre products in different forms, the finest feel of bed sheets, duvet, baby products, sponge and flat sheet fibre.
Vitablom is a subsidiary of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc., the business was incorporated in June 2010 and business operation commenced fully in October 2010. The company has grown steadily to be known in many households to transform materials into a distinctive solution for consumers with quest for comfort ensuring quality in our soft furnishing and beddings.
Vitablom is managed by a team of executives having several years of combined industry experience, with Vitafoam Nigeria Plc. providing oversight functions.

Board Of Directors
Chairman/Group Managing DirectorMr. Taiwo Ayodele Adeniyi
Mr Taiwo holds a B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry and M.sc (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from the University of Lagos and a Masters Degree in Supply Engineering and Logistics from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. He won the prestigious Chairman’s award of an outstanding employee in 2009 and the Nigerian National Productivity Order of Merit Award in 2010.
He started his career in Pharma Deko Plc. where he gained wide experience in Operations Management and products developments. He joined Vitafoam in 2007 as Logistics Manager and later became the Manufacturing Manager in 2010, a position he held until his appointment in July, 2012 as Executive Director and later Technical Director.
Mr. Adeniyi was appointed Acting Managing Director on 22nd April, 2015 and became the substantive Managing Director on the 4th of June, 2015.
Managing DirectorMr. Mayowa A. Fabunmi
Mr Adisa Mayowa holds a Bachelor’s of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He is a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers and Polymer Institute of Nigeria. He started his career with Vitafoam Nigeria Plc in 2003 as an Assistant Manager (Production). He worked across all Vitafoam factory locations and worked in various capacities such as Production Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Safety Manager, Factory Manager, Ag. Logistics Head, Head of Strategy and Planning before his appointment as the General Manager of Vitablom Limited on 2nd January, 2019.Mr. Adisa Mayowa was appointed as Managing Director on 1st October, 2023.
Non-Executive DirectorMrs. Titi T. Bakare
Mrs. Titilola T. Bakare graduated with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from University of Lagos with a Bachelor of Arts (Education) Degree, with Guidance and Counselling Major and went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Manchester, Manchester in 1988.
She was a member of the Governing Council of Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) and is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School. She is a Non-Executive Director of Vitablom Nigeria Limited. She retired as the Managing Director of Vitablom Nigeria Ltd, one of the subsidiaries of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc. in July 2016.
Non-Executive DirectorMr. Sola B. Owoade
Mr Owoade Bamidele Sola holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a Master’s degree in business administration (MBA). He is a member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. He started his career in 1995 as management trainee in West African Batteries Limited(Exide) where he gained experience in operations management and quality assurance. He joined Pharma Deko PLC in 2000 as Plant Engineer and later became Factory Engineer and Head, Factory and Engineering. He then joined Vitafoam Nigeria PLC in 2008.
Prior to his appointment to the board of Vitafoam on 18th December, 2018, Mr Owoade was at various times the Factory Manager, Ikeja Plant, National Sales Manager, Head of Sales and Managing Director Vitablom Nigeria Limited (a subsidiary of Vitafoam).
Non-Executive DirectorMr. Oladipo O. Bankole
Mr Oladipo Oluwatoyin Bankole holds a B.sc degree and MA with specialization in Program administration and Personnel management from Norfolk State University, USA. Also, a Ph.D. candidate from university of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu state. He is versatile and adept in turning around moribund enterprises. He has worked in various manufacturing companies such as Berec Nig Ltd, Metal Box Nig Ltd, Bagco supersack, Nipol Ltd, Blom company, Vitablom Nig Ltd, Vitapur Nig Ltd and presently the CEO of Jezreel Unique Investment Ltd with interest in manufacturing, education, trading and a whole lot more. He brings to the board a wealth of experience and competency.
