Warranty Certificate

Vitablom Nigeria Limited products are free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is one (1) month for all Pillow products and three (3) months for Duvet and Bedsheet effective from the date of delivery.

Contents Of The Warranty

VITABLOM shall, at its sole discretion, have the option of replacing its products free of charge and supplying them to the purchaser. The provisions of the warranty constitute the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser with regard to said defective VITABLOM products.

In no event shall the warranty period for any VITABLOM products, including replaced products extend beyond the original warranty period stated above.

The defective products which have been replaced shall be made available to VITABLOM and shall be the property of Vitablom. In no event shall the purchaser have the right to return the VITABLOM product without the prior written consent of VITABLOM.

Restrictions Of The Warranty

This warranty has been given provided that VITABLOM products are used for its normal intended use and that due care and compliance with the instructions given by VITABLOM are observed. The obligations of VITABLOM have been restricted to these warranty terms and condition and the warranty thus does not losses incurred as a result of damage to other property or persons.

The warranty does not cover defects which are the results of:

• Transportation of the VITABLOM product;

• Negligence by the user of VITABLOM products or failure to observe the instruction given by VITABLOM or proper care;

• Circumstances outside the control of VITABLOM, such as theft, fire, accidents or acts of vandalism;

• Normal wear and tear.

Procedure In Case Of Defect

The purchaser shall inform VITABLOM in writing without delay, and in any event, within seven (7) calendar days of purchaser being put on notice of defect. The writing shall include the following information: (1) the product in question, (2) specification of the defect as accurately as possible and (3) the circumstances in which the defect was detected and/or appears.
